The Policy API is the core post-sale API for the Velaris insurance platform, handling contracts, policies, renewals, and billing.

Contract lifecycle management — creation (triggered by HubSpot deal-closed webhook), updates, and organization contract queries.

Automated and manual policy renewal workflows.
Invoices (/api/invoice/**)
Billing and invoice management, integrated with Stripe for payment processing.
Webhooks (/api/webhook/**)
Inbound webhook handlers for external integrations (HubSpot deal-closed, Stripe events, etc.).

Claims management, AI assessments, reservation lookups, and geocoding.
AI claim assessment POST
Perform a full AI assessment of a claim using the draft claim data, follow-up question answers, and reservation context. Returns a suggested payout amount, confidence level, reasoning, and any fraud flags.
